Machiran is a Cuban artist, singer, author, composer and producer born under the name of Daniel Lay Sotomayor, in Santo Suárez, La Havana, Cuba in 1998.

Inspired by Beyoncé, Snowball and Celia Cruz, the singer and songwriter proudly represents its cuban roots mixed with strong Afro American influences . He is a Contemporary RnB artist who travels easily to Rumba, Jazz, Pop, Trap and Soul.

Irreverent showman and dancer who honored the scenes of Havana, acting together with the greatest popular and urban music artists on the island as Cimafunk, Brenda Navarrete, Interactivo, Ruly Herrera, La Reyna Y la Real, La Malucansia and acting for international personalities such as Robert Glasper and Donna Karan.

His charisma and natural appeal allow him to instantly enter into contact with his audience in a captivating and energetic show. Lover of fashion, with an eccentric and elegant appearance, his style breaks the codes of  Cubans Dress

Member of the LGBTQI+ community, Machiran does not enter a mold and talks about his generation without filter.

Pangea is New York’s iconic restaurant / cabaret dinner theater. All shows have a $20 food and/or beverage minimum per person (unless otherwise indicated on your ticket.)
Tickets online are $25. Tickets at the door, if available, are $30 (Cash Only).
The house opens at 6:00pm for food and beverage service.

Please note the ticket price goes mostly to the performers and production staff. The club sells food and beverages to continue to bring live music to NYC. 
We do not take reservations and seating is first come, first seated.
