Jaana Narsipur is a New-York based jazz vocalist who performs her unique arrangements of classic swing and soul-jazz. Jaana has performed in the city at Winnie’s Jazz Bar, Fine and Rare, and The Flatiron Room in Midtown and in the series Jazz Nites at Pangea in the East Village. In Westchester, Jaana has performed at many local favorites like Alvin & Friends, First Name Basis in Hastings, The Bean Runner Cafe, and several sold out shows at Jazz on Main. In 2022, Jaana released her debut album “Better Than Anything,” a tribute to the bebop and hard bop masters Bob Dorough and Horace Silver.  Jaana is also an accomplished music educator, having taught private voice and K-12 music in schools for over 10 years in New York and Connecticut. Coming up in Fall 2025, Jaana is excited to record her second album – a mix of sophisticated pop and jazz – featuring her original arrangements!
